Choices in the menus

“Home made” courses are prepared on site from raw products. All courses are « home made ». An an exception to the "home made" principles, the crayfish and snales included in our courses are acquired cooked.

STARTERS

Crunchy goat’s cheese and quince

Marinated salmon with star anise in a basil oil dressing

Forest pie with chestnut and mushroom

Crayfish Ravioli with green vegetables and lobster sauce

Puff pastry of pork foot with wild mushrooms, scoop of beer ice cream

South-West salad (Smoked duck filet, duck gizzard, duck slowly cooked leg, mixed salad, poached egg)

Gourmet salad: South-West salad with duck liver (foie gras) (extra 7€)

Duck liver (foie gras), stuffed with apple (extra 7€)

Burgundy snails with chanterelles (extra 7€)

Sea bream filet, served in a green sauce, with mashed potatoes

Duck filet in a Mas Amiel sauce, fried potatoes

Roasted veal kidney with mustard cream, fried potatoes

Guinea fowl and crayfish, lobster sauce and pasta in cep mushroom sauce

Beef filet with green pepper sauce, fried potatoes

Lamb with cep mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes with garlic cream

Fish of the day, depending on the market

Roasted filet of sea bass in its skin, herring sauce, mashed potatoes with truffle flavor (extra 10€)

Sweetbread cutlets with morels and mashed potatoes (extra 15€)

Grilled sole (about 500g) in a Yuzu lemon sauce, fried potatoes (extra 15€)
